The Newton County FFA leaders had the opportunity to visit the Georgia State Capital on March 2, 2020. It was an important day because political figures from around the state were there to re-qualify for the 2020 elections. The students had the opportunity to meet and speak with Senator David Perdue amongst other important political state and federal elected officials. The students had a fun day but ready to head back to school soon afterwards. Great job of representing Newton County FFA!
